Sixpoint Righteous
Cloudy amber brown with lacy white head. Aroma has lots of caramel and rye bready notes. Taste is earthy hoppy bitter in front of big rye bready backbone. Big and flavorful yet simple and refined. Dry finish. Really Good!
Keegan Ale Super Kitty
Pours a hazy dark amber with a small tan head. The nose is sweet caramel, fruit and spice. The taste is toffee, fruit, citrus hops with some hop bite in the finish. Alcohol finds its way to the mix at the very end. Medium bodied. Good stuff.
Ommegang Zuur
Aroma is a nice balance of malt and acidic sourness and light cherry character. Very refreshing and not overly acidic. slightly hazy brownish red with a nice reddish brown, tightly beaded head. the sourness is not overly tart, very well balanced and pleasant slight malt sweetness provides some balance.
Keegan Four Philosophers
Pale golden colored beer with a thick white head. The aroma is quite nice and spicy. There is a nice light sweetness as well as a big orangey sweetness. Some other light fruit can be detected here as well, such as a hint of strawberries as well as a bit of citrus. The flavor is quite nice as well. Light sweet Belgian malts and a fairly interesting yeasty fruitiness. There is a touch of pear, apricots and berries as well as a touch of light banana and clove. Very soft, fruity, and well-integrated.
Southern Tier 2X IPA
Not quite an imperial, but certainly not a standard India pale ale. Our double IPA is a hop lovers dream. Citrusy and clean with an incredible finish. April 15, 2010 was the first day for bottling our newest beer, 2XIPA. Phin DeMink declared it the best beer we've ever brewed! 2XIPA also has the distinction of being the first beer to be distributed in our newly designed packaging.
Oskar Blues Gubna Imperial IPA
Emphasizing that complexity of character can arise from simple elements, this ale is made with three malts and one hop. Its light amber color and slightly spicy malt character are derived from the use of German Dark Munich Malt and Rye Malt respectively. North American 2-row barley combines with the other grains to lay the foundation for the hop onslaught to come. Summit hops are used exclusively in the boil for bitterness, flavor and aroma but it doesn’t end there. Post-fermentation dry hopping allows the 10% ABV monstrosity to gently coax the citrus rind and grapefruit aroma to join the 100 IBUs already present. This beer should greet you with a pungent citrus blast, provide a spicy yet round middle and finish with a brisk, clean bitterness.
Pretty Things St. Botolph's Town
This Yorkshire-inspired beer is a big malty brown ale fermented in open squares with Yorkshire malts and eclectic yeast strains. This is another of our year-round offerings.
Ten FIDY Imperial Stout
This titanic, immensely viscous stout is loaded with inimitable flavors of chocolate-covered caramel and coffee and hide a hefty 98 IBUs underneath the smooth blanket of malt. Ten FIDY (10.5% ABV) is made with enormous amounts of two-row malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats and hops. Ten FIDY is the ultimate celebration of dark malts and boundary-stretching beer.
